1. Custom Product Policy
All DreamPaws items are made-to-order using the photos and details you provide. Because of this:

Orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded once placed.

It is your responsibility to upload clear, accurate images and information.
2. Image Use
By uploading an image, you confirm you:

Own the rights to it or have permission to use it

Allow DreamPaws to use the image for your custom design
3. Shipping & Delivery
We work with trusted third-party carriers. Once shipped:

We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered packages

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees

Incorrect address submissions are the customer’s responsibility
Optional: Consider tracked or insured shipping at checkout for extra protection.
4. Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products:

We do not offer refunds for delivery issues, customer errors, or change of mind

We will replace items that arrive damaged, misprinted, or incorrect — just contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number
5. Liability
DreamPaws is not liable for:

Third-party delivery errors or failures

Any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages from use of our products
6. Intellectual Property
All custom designs and website content remain the property of DreamPaws and may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.
