At DreamPaws, each product is custom-made and shipped directly by our printing partner. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

1. Order Process

• Once your pet’s photo is submitted, we create a custom artwork.

• The final design is then forwarded to a professional canvas printing partner who handles production and shipping.

• Orders typically take 2–4 business days for artwork creation before being passed to the printer.

2. Production & Shipping

• Printing and shipping are handled by a third-party provider.

• Production time may vary but generally takes 5–10 business days.

• Shipping times vary by location and courier and are not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Responsibility

• Once your order is handed off to the printing partner and shipped, DreamPaws is not liable for delivery delays, lost parcels, or issues caused by the shipping carrier.

• Tracking information (if available) will be provided when the product is shipped.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is correct at the time of ordering.

4. Undeliverable Packages

• If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, re-shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

5. International Shipping

• We may offer international shipping depending on the printing partner’s capabilities.

• Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or local charges.
