At DreamPaws, each product is custom-made and shipped directly by our printing partner. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:
1. Order Process

Once your pet’s photo is submitted, we create a custom artwork.

The final design is then forwarded to a professional canvas printing partner who handles production and shipping.

Orders typically take 2–4 business days for artwork creation before being passed to the printer.
2. Production & Shipping

Printing and shipping are handled by a third-party provider.

Production time may vary but generally takes 5–10 business days.

Shipping times vary by location and courier and are not guaranteed.
3. Shipping Responsibility

Once your order is handed off to the printing partner and shipped, DreamPaws is not liable for delivery delays, lost parcels, or issues caused by the shipping carrier.

Tracking information (if available) will be provided when the product is shipped.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is correct at the time of ordering.
4. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, re-shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
5. International Shipping

We may offer international shipping depending on the printing partner’s capabilities.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or local charges.
